We are very excited to invite you to our first Sudanese camp ever!! It will be a very fun experience Insha’Allah…
🏕 Elks’ Camp site is reserved for February 11th – February 13th Insha’Allah. Arrival will be 4-6pm Friday & leaving Sunday 11:00am -12:00pm.
⛺️ we will be sleeping in cabins, every cabin has 9 beds (4 bunk beds + one single), a private bathroom, and an extra sink.
🏕 in order to attend the camp, you have to register. Registration deadline will be January 10th, 2022
🏕 Deposit is due at registration; deposit amount is $25 per person. Final cost per person will be calculated & announced after registration.
⛺️ Use the Zelle for your payment @ paypal@saaocfl.org. Please write the name of the family/ person in the transaction. If you can send us a screenshot that will be great.
⛺️ kids 5 years old & younger will be free if they are not taking a bed by themselves. If so, then they need to pay for the bed.
🏕 members who pay the monthly membership fees will get a discount, numbers are to be finalized after registration.
⛺️ in case of cancellation after registration, feel free to contact us but we can’t promise deposit refund. It depends on how the camp site administration will deal with it.

Reminder & few clarifications about the camp…
🔵 first of all, thank you to the families who contacted us, asked questions, & registered for the camp.
🟢 second: if you any concerns/questions, which is expected, please contact us; we are the ones who can address your concerns and answer your questions.
🔵 camp supervisors are planning activities for us, booking cabins, creating time frame for our program, and dividing us into groups. To do all this we need a headcount. We cannot book cabins if we are not sure it will be used.
🟢 we understand, as everyone, the concerns about the COVID situation. Just keep in mind our camp is more than a month down the road. We are monitoring the situation and will be making decisions accordingly.
🔵 if we cancel the camp, money will be refunded. If someone cancels because of a covid situation up to 10 days before camp, money will be refunded Insha’Allah after working it with camp supervisors.
🟢 a lot of planning, paperwork, and arrangements with those going is still to unfold after registration… please register ASAP so we can get to work.
