The executive committee invites you to the last general assembly meeting for this committee; attendance of all members is very important.

*When: Saturday, August 27th 2022

• Meeting will start @ 2:00pm sharp. Quorum is needed, if quorum is not reached then the meeting will be pushed to the next day, Sunday August 28th 2022 @ 2:00pm. At that time, the meeting will be held with any number of attendees.
• Elections, finances, and accomplishments will be discussed.
• Please let’s make it a success & let’s gather all for the meeting.
