Two Quick Announcements
1. Membership Payments
Over the past few days, reminders were sent to members with outstanding membership payments. A heartfelt thank you to those who responded promptly and settled their fees. For those who have not yet done so, we kindly urge you to complete your payments as your support is essential for us to serve you better and to successfully implement this year’s plans.
2. Beach Day (Family Day at Jetty Park – relaxation, fishing, food, and more!)
Many thanks to those who have already registered. For those who haven’t yet, please register no later than Monday, 10/06/2025 (or sooner). Starting next week, we will begin preparations and arrangements, which will be based only on those who have registered and paid the event fees. When you register, please make sure to pay the event fees ($100 per family) at the same time.

Beach Day Announcement
We look forward to seeing everyone for a fun and relaxing Beach Day on Sunday, October 26!
Event Fee Structure
The standard fee per family is $100.
To accommodate everyone, we are offering discounted rates for smaller families and singles, as follows:
🔷$50 per family of two persons.
🔷$25 for youth attending alone.
Important Parking and Registration Information
Due to park regulations and limited parking capacity, car entrance is only allowed for vehicles with a barcode.
Cars without a barcode will not be admitted.
The barcode will be provided via email/ WhatsApp message one day before the event to all who have registered.
We are so excited for the Beach day! We look forward to having a great time!
Important information will be shared throughout the day today.
Arrival Time :
Please arrive by 12:00 p.m. and be on time.
Upon Arrival :
🔷Show the barcode to the park employee at the gate. Once you enter, you can’t exit and re-enter, please plan to stay and enjoy the day.
🔷You may proceed directly to the pavilion, just follow the road all the way to the back, or you may head straight to the beach.
🔷If you decide to go to the beach first, please park in the highlighted space in red on the map. You will find a bathroom and a changing room next to this parking lot.
🔷Use Beach Entrance #3 to get to our community’s designated area on the beach. Please see the photos showing the entrance and the trailer A1A in the parking lot immediately next to the entrance.
🔷You will find blue-and-white cabanas, please see photo, reserved for our group. The cabanas on the right are for women, and the ones on the left are for men.
🔷If you go to the pavilion first, there are plenty of parking space next to our pavilions you can park anywhere, only stay away from the RV area, which is next to the water. The distance between the pavilion and the beach area is one minute by car, and about 10 minutes by walking.
You will receive tomorrow your individual barcode for the entrance to the park.

الرجاء الوصول قبل الساعة 12:00 ظهرًا..
عند الوصول :
🔷 وروا الباركود للموظف عند البوابة. بمجرد دخولك، لمن تخشوا، ما حتقدروا تطلعو و ترجعو تاني، عشان كده خططوا انه تقعدوا و تسمتعوا باليوم كله.
🔷 ممكن تمشوا طوالي على البافليون، أو على البيتش أول.
🔷 لو قررتو تمشوا البيتش أول، ممكن توقف عربيتك في المساحة المحددة باللون الأحمر على الخريطة. حتلقوا حمام وغرفة تغيير ملابس جنب موقف العربات ده..
🔷استخدمو مدخل البيتش رقم 3 عشان تصلوا للمنطقة المخصصة لينا في البيتش.
🔷 حتلقوا “كبائن” (Cabanas) باللونين الأزرق والأبيض مخصصة للمجموعة بتاعتنا..الكبائن اللي على اليمين مخصصة للنسوان، واللي على الشمال للرجال.
🔷 المسافة بين البافليون ومنطقة البيتش حوالي دقيقة واحدة بالعربية، وحوالي 10 دقايق مشي..
The beach day is an open day,
This is your day to relax and have fun your way!
You can:
▪Spend time at the beach and/or
▪Hang out at the pavilion enjoying the BBQ and scenic views and watch the cruise ships,
▪Go fishing,
▪Enjoy it the way you prefer.
Mealtime :
Lunch will be served in the pavilion between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Items that the Association will bring:
Food, snacks, and drinks will be provided. Water bottles will be available at both the beach and the pavilion.
What to Bring:
🔶Beach chairs
🔶Sunscreen
🔶Hat and sunglasses
🔶Beach towel
🔶Beach toys/balls
🔶Chargeable Bluetooth speaker (there are no power outlets in the pavilion)
🔶Fishing rods (optional).
وقت الغداء:
الغداء حيكون في البافليون بين الساعة 2:00 والساعة 4:00 مساءً.
الحاجات اللي حتجيبها الجالية:
الأكل، والبارد حيتم توفيرهم.. الموية حتكون متوفرة في البيتش والبافليون ان شاء الله.
الحاجات الضروري تجيبها معاك:

🔶كريم واقي الشمس
🔶طاقية و نظارات شمس
🔶بشكير
🔶ألعاب البيتش للأطفال
🔶سماعة بلوتوث بتشتغل بالشاحن ( ما في كهرباء في البافليون)
🔶صنارات صيد ( اختياري).
Safety :
Once on the beach, please watch for your kids at ALL times. Every family is responsible for watching and taking care of their kids.
Fishing :
A fishing pier is located about a 10-minute walk from the pavilion. Bait is available for sale at the park store.
Music:
Music is allowed, but please be courteous to other park visitors by keeping the volume low.

رجاءً خَلّوا عيونكم على أطفالكم طول الوقت. كل أسرة مسؤولة من إنها تراقب وتهتم بأطفالها.
الصيد:
في مكان للصيد بيبعد حوالي 10 دقايق مشي من البافليون..
الموسيقى:
الموسيقى مسموحة، لكن رجاءً راعوا زوار الحديقة التانيين وخَلّوا الصوت واطي.

Barcode Information:
You should have received your barcode by now. If you haven’t, please contact Kardash or Muaz.
Cabana Tent Status:
Due to tomorrow’s forecast for possible rain and high wind, the rental company has stated they will not set up the cabanas under windy conditions. We will assess the need and feasibility for cabanas throughout the day and provide updates.
Upon Arrival:
Due to possibility of rain, please come straight to pavilion 1&2.
Please come no later than 12pm.
